Decision: Suspended Pages: 21
Order Text: ORD that the license of Bridget E. Boyle to practice law in WI is suspended for a period of six months, effective January 30, 2014. FRO Boyle shall comply with the provisions of SCR 22.26 concerning the duties of a person whose license to practice law in Wisconsin has been suspended. FRO that within 60 days of this order, Boyle shall pay restitution in the amount of $2500 to B.T. FRO that within 60 days of the date of this order, Boyle shall pay OLR the costs of this proceeding. FRO that restitution be paid before paying OLR costs. FRO that compliance with all conditions of this decision is required for reinstatement.

Hearing will commence on 4/9/12 at 9:00 am in Milwaukee at a public location to be designated by Referee. Hearing will continue at 9:00 on 4/10-11/12. 2. The complainant shall file any amended pleadings before 12/5/11. 3. Respondent shall have until 1/15/12 to file a response to any amended pleadings. 4. the discovery deadline for any pre-hearing motion is 3/9/12. 5. Complainant shall file witness list on or before 1/3/12. Respondent shall file list on or before 2/3/12. 6. Each party shall file with Referee a complete marked copy of all documents and exhibits to be used at the hearing on or before 3/9/12. In the alternative, the parties may agree upon a joint exhibit presentation. 7. Any pre-hearing motion shall be in writing. The moving party shall arrange for a three-way telephonic conference at which time the motion will be heard. Opposing counsel (or party) and the Referee should be consulted in advance as to an acceptable date and time for the three-way telephonic conference. 8.
