The stipulation shall state the three necessary points of agreement set forth above. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, if the parties do not file a stipulation by the deadline stated, Attorney Haskell shall advise the court no later than January 20, 2016, that the parties cannot reach a stipulation. This matter will then be remanded to the circuit court, the Honorable Jeffrey A. Wagner presiding, for a reconstruction hearing, to be held within thirty days of the date of remand.
