Order
|

IT IS ORDERED that the court will conduct a supplemental oral argument in September, 2022. The Clerk of the Supreme Court will advise the parties of the date and time of the oral argument in due course; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the non-parties, amici curiae, in this case are reminded that amici are generally not granted oral argument time in addition to the argument time allotted to the parties. An amicus may be allowed to speak at oral argument if any party cedes time to that amicus. Therefore, any motion seeking leave to participate in oral argument, shall inform the court whether any party is willing to cede argument time to that amicus. |
