Submit Date: 7-6-2022 Decision: (O) Other Decision Date: 7-8-2022 IT IS ORDERED that the clerk of the circuit court may delay transmitting the record in this matter, as would otherwise be required by WIS. STAT. RULE 809.107(5)(b). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that T.R. shall file her postdisposition motion in the circuit court within fifteen days of the date of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the circuit court shall conduct any necessary proceedings on the postdisposition motion and enter an order containing its findings and conclusions resolving the motion within forty-five days of the date of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, if appellate counsel deems a transcript of any postdisposition proceedings necessary for appeal, the transcript shall be ordered within three days of the hearing. Any such transcript shall be served and filed within twenty days of the date it is ordered. Counsel for the appellant shall provide the court reporter with a copy of this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that appellate counsel shall file a statement on transcript within five days of the date of the hearing, reflecting either that a postdisposition transcript has been ordered or that such a transcript is not necessary for this appeal. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the clerk of circuit court shall transmit the complete record, including any postdisposition materials, to this court within ten days of the later of the entry of the circuit court order resolving the postdisposition motion or the filing of the transcript of the postdisposition hearing, if such transcript is ordered. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that T.R. shall file a brief presenting all grounds for relief no later than fifteen days after the record is transmitted to this court. See WIS. STAT. RULE 809.107(6)(a). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that, within five days of the date of this order, Attorneys Samantha Shaw Mabry Wagner and Devin C.
