The obligation to serve on Dr. Grofman and on Dr. Cervas courtesy hard copies of filings made through the electronic filing system and an electronic storage device containing digital redistricting data that has not been previously filed with the court pursuant to a stipulation and other supporting digital files is extended as follows. No later than Saturday, January 13, 2024, each party shall deposit with an overnight delivery carrier for the earliest possible delivery to Dr. Grofman and to Dr. Cervas the materials mentioned in the preceding sentence; and
3. The obligation to serve on the other parties an electronic storage device containing digital redistricting data that has not been previously filed with the court pursuant to a stipulation and other supporting digital files is extended as follows.
