A copy of this order has been forwarded to the clerk of the circuit court. Pursuant to WIS. STAT. RULE 809.11(2), the clerk of the circuit court or responsible court official shall return the copy of the order granting this petition and the docket entries maintained pursuant to WIS. STAT. 59.40 to the clerk of this court within three days of receipt of the order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the motion for a stay is granted and further circuit court proceedings are stayed pending resolution of this appeal. See WIS. STAT. RULE 809.52; WIS. STAT. 808.07(2)(a). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall have fourteen days from the date of this order to advise this court whether they desire an expedited briefing schedule.
